CURLA is a center of excellence in urban-rural linkages with a mission to contribute to the realization of development that is organized around synergetic and mutual urban-rural relations, resting on innovative urban and territorial (rural) development, care for the ecological environment in natural resource use for which supportive policies, legislation, and accountable governance are brought to bear through research, capacity building, mentoring the youth and policy dialogue among development actors.
The center will be based in the ADD Building, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Built Environment and Design at UoN.
